This project is the winner of the contract for the new student housing for the Bari Polytechnic, and redefines the concept of collective housing that meets the criteria of livability and urban integration. Compact bodies are fragmented into smaller blocks, in order to maximize the interaction with the urban context and increase the flexibility of the complex. The main front wall of the building is an airy, metal-clad, gently undulated surface, stretching along a heavy traffic street and acting as a protective barrier to the gardens and the buildings on the inside.
