The traditional Italian village is renovated in new arrangements, in this complex of houses gathered around a large square, overlooking the sea.
Each house, built in wood and stone, has its own distinctive details in style, but the complex retains its formal continuity. The project combines the attention to the climatic and environmental context with high levels of comfort, while at the same time minimizing energy consumption: the towers that enclose the stairways create a thermal and acoustic barrier, and the roof garden improves insulation, providing a shelter from the summer heat.
