The project, which has received awards in international contests, proposes an architectural complex which allegorizes the right to education, cultural exchange and environmental protection. The qualifying features of the projects are functionality, livability, and easy accessibility of the spaces, reduced energy consumptions and project-aesthetics. A big porch, covered with light and technologically advanced materials, defines a half-opened area which connects the different spaces and accommodates the regular volumes of the classrooms and the elliptical spaces for subsidiary activities.
