Third classified in international competition for the realization of the new Lamezia Terme airport, the project upgrades the surrounding area by an architecture integrated with the context. The project embodies the Ligea myth and symbol of the Magna Graecia. Through the adoption of the form of feathers, the recovery of memory is closely related with the identifiability of the design. The selection of the materials and the constructive technologies, as well as the plants follow the principles of sustainable development on environment and energy saving.
