The characteristics of the plot of land and the bioclimatic issues has inspired the shape of the two intersecting longitudinal buildings, so as to create well separated spaces, facing opposite sides. The living area is on the south to maximize the solar contribution while the sleeping area is at the second floor facing north. The wise glazed openings of the spaces overhang on the panorama and balance the sinuous one-piece-roof, virtually following the slope of the hill, that extend the usability of outdoor spaces.
