The villas will rise in Cosenza, in one of the most panoramic areas in the city, spreading out onto the old town. The organic architecture of the villas, along with the use of traditional materials, ensure that the natural surroundings of the site are left untouched. The many trees present in the area, and in particularly the monumental oak tree, are preserved and determine the contribution share for the project. The use of environmental resources helps containing energy consumption: the sun provides electricity, heating and hot water.
