The film documents the exhibition set in the prestigious Sala delle Navi of the Complesso Monumentale of San Michele in Ripa, Rome, as part of the initiatives for the Year of Chinese Culture in Italy. The introduction of the film juxtaposes natural landscapes with images of the interventions endorsed by the Chinese government in order to solve environmental problems. The film then moves to an overlook of a video-installation created by mOa and shows some footage of the inauguration ceremony, attended by Chinese Ambassador Ding Wei and Italian MP Buttiglione.
